😊 today my body while doing this has been OK my arms are getting a little bit stronger on the windmill little shaky but my legs don't shake just my head but I will concentrate on this somehow though I think I will try the 10min one the week not finished yet. Give you progress tomorrow. 🎉🎉

It is awesome my limbs seaming like my body is trying to knit back together my balance is terrible though I didn't know my arms were so strong the plank is a no no where my arms are not never valued my limbs before just losing the weight now I do. …Mazza😢
