Greetings 🙂 just found your channel this morning. 61 years old and I am totally out of shape 🙁 This was a nice easy exerciser to get started back to health. I fell in 2017 at work and hurt my left hip really bad. It's never been the same since. This was a super way to get back into shape and really stretch my stiff sore muscles. So happy to have found you! 🙂See you tomorrow…..

OMG you are SO GOOD! I am 60 yrs old, former REALLY athletic guy. Over the years my military injuries have plagued my flexibility and strength and also caused my obesity.
