Absolutely loved this. She has a soothing voice, explains things well, and chooses poses that are low-impact on joints, which is where I struggle with many other yoga routines. Where can I find more videos with this instructor?

as this is my literal first time trying yoga , i enjoyed it! love the vid very relaxing love the stretches, feels great! thought yoga was for wimp,-these poses actually workout the body and aren't easy as I thought! more vids!!felt the instructor was good but moved a bit too quickly too

I really enjoyed this class, but thought that it moved a bit too quickly. I enjoy holding the poses for a little longer and felt rushed. Great clear instruction, though.

I have said it before but i have to say it again.. Ellie is the most relaxed instructor of yoga that i've ever met.. PLEASE MORE WORKOUTS WITH HER..
