Buy Bitcoin instead, real estate is a waste of time.

It's crazy watching people complain that their daddies money isn't earning them enough. Oh boo hoo! My house gained a quarter million in value over six years and I have to drop $40,000 in repairs after a leak. The audacity to cry when taking $12,000 in profit from renters then having to spend half of your prophet on repairs.

Yes all properties are always maintained in a good condition and whenever a tenant damages the property it is instantly repaired by the landlord for the next tenants… Are you mad? Landlords are scum.

@THSimagery

What’s the solution? Folks gotta do something with their bread.

@AdrianMunch

Buildings DO NOT ever appreciate in value. It’s just banks have made us all believe the opposite is true.

What "property decline" is he talking about? Real estate jumped 40% after covid. Real estate prices are astronomical.
