Green moong idli | healthy, high protein breakfast/ snack recipe✅

In a mixer jar, add 1 cup overnight soaked green moong, ginger, green chilli, coriander and 1/2 cup dahi Grind this to a fine paste

Now in this batter add 2-3 tbsp more water, 1/2 cup semolina/suji mix it well and let this batter rest for
15-20 minutes

Now add salt as per taste, 1 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp eno/ 1 tsp baking soda little water and mix it gently Now transfer this batter to a greased plate and steam it in high flame for 15 minutes and Enjoy!
