Day 1 Weights and Yoga
Day 2 Active rest and (yoga optional) and corrective exercises)
Day 3 Weights and Yoga
Day 4 Active rest and maybe (Yoga optional)
Day 5 Weights and Yoga
Day 6 and 7 REST, don't forget to get your steps on these days.

Yoga is an addition to your workout. You don't need to dedicate a whole day for it, but if you do that's fine. My point is you can do both on a single day without a problem.๐Ÿ™‚

I used to workout 1hr in the morning and evening 30 min yoga but i stop. I want to go back doing this but i sticked with yoga only. ๐Ÿ˜• i want to weight lifting again๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Day 1 Weights / Qigong
Day 2 Cardio / Yoga
Day 3 Weights / Qigong
Day 4 Cardio / Yoga
Day 5 Weights / Qigong
Day 6 Qigong / Yoga
Day 7 Complete rest
