🔹 1 1/2 cups Arborio rice
🔹 1 teaspoon fine salt
🔹 1/8 teaspoon finely ground black pepper
🔹 3 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley leaves
🔹 3 cups chicken stock (store-bought or homemade)
🔹 2 teaspoons double-concentrated tomato paste
🔹 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
🔹 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
For the Stuffing:

For the Coating:
