Anyone who understands nuclear warfare knows the war would be over in one hour. Both sides lose. Surprisingly an accident during times of tension like the present is the most likely scenario for initiating a nuclear conflict, which is by its nature uncontrollable. Anyone telling you otherwise is lying to make arms sales.
