🔸INGREDIENTS:
3 boiled and mashed potatoes
100g cornstarch
Salt
Oil for frying
🔹PROCEDURE:
Boil 3 potatoes in a pot. Finely grate them and add cornstarch and salt. Mix everything together and shape into balls, then slightly flatten them. Use a straw to create two holes close to each other and use a spoon to create the mouth. Fry them in hot oil and season with your preferred sauce.
