Umm, does the apartment building have only one floor? If not, she will still lose money, because that plot of land her apartment occupies will need to be divided between apartments on every floor above and below her.
How does this make sense ? I want to let out that ‘gormint aunty’ line, but I won’t.
Let’s say your land is 100 rupees, building on it, construction, then wiring, plumbing and additional services plus fabrication will add negative value to the land ? How ? Can someone please explain ?
