Mike, a college dropout, after a failed drug-dealing job, enters a job fair full of top students. It turns out that this is Manhattan’s most famous lawyer Harvey recruiting paralegals. Among the many Harvard top students, Harvey is attracted to Mike, who is smart, alert and has a good memory. Although he finds out that Mike is not a Harvard Law School student and has a bad habit of smoking marijuana, he still decides to hide it from his boss and recruit Mike as an assistant.
