Americans rediscovering the wheel…. If anything it closer to "chocolate gananache" and not a mousse. Chocolate mousse has whipped cream and gelatin mixed into it.

No I didn’t know if I add dark chocolate and coffee to a pot and melt it until it looks like this, then get out a bowl of ice water and whisk that melted chocolate over top in about 5 minutes flat I’ll have the fluffiest, most decadent 2 ingriedient chocolate mousse.
