How and at what point is the targeting data fed to each missile?

@randymorris3417

C17s have decent counter measures, laser turrets, flares, and she aint slow, 4 prat and whitney f117s rated at 40k pounds of thrust.

That’s why we can’t have anything nice between fancier boom sticks and welfare for billionaires nothing left for the people stuck paying the tab.

The reason Rapid Dragon was developed is Japan.

Japan's pacifist Constitution (That we made them sign) only allows weapons for "Self-Defense" so their military has exactly zero bombers…

Between China's military buildup and China openly threatening Japan and it's allies….the best defense is now a good offense.

Rapid Dragon turns Japans C-2 and C-130's (approximately 40 aircraft) into stand-off ground attack/anti-ship aircraft….which dovetails in nicely with the 300+ fighters they already have.

If you doubt that this is all about giving Japan a tactical threat against China….."Rapid Dragon" is also the name of a 10th Century Chinese Crossbow.

This would be like Chine developing a new missile and calling it the "Kentucky Long Rifle".

Now you can update with the Barracuda missiles that bring the price way down for softer targets. Gonna be a lot of radars and launchers per C-17 air mail!

@MASTERCHIEF1062

Hold the phone, if the C-17 can carry 5 of those with 9 missiles a piece, how many can the C-5 carry then?
