It's ridiculous because at all the uni career fairs where these firms recruit, token HR reps make all these claims about how the company values each worker and respects "work-life balance" 🤷♂️😒

You were in Wall Street what did you expect? A lot of you Asian people fail to realize when it comes to working for big corporations the white people run it (idek know how your manager became manager she looks Asian that’s actually surprising for Wall Street) and they treat everyone who is not white pretty poorly, you guys are in the same boat as blacks and Hispanics .. better off just working some freelance job or just anywhere besides big corps
