So, what happened to the rotting nuclear submarines that were stacked around Kaliningrad when the USSR went tits up. As I recall a major reason for Russia retaining this port was it being financially responsible for clearing up the biggest nuclear mess and the deadliest nuclear threat in the world.

After taking back Crimea, Do you think , Ukraine or NATO Could take Kaliningrad back?

@S0nderzug.

Big mistake! Baltyisk has been an important military port in the soviet union. Today its a port in Estland. Actually there are no military ships.

I know we can't do a lot but the continual ignoring of Canada in the reports and graphics is incorrect and annoying. Canada is a part of NATO, we have support troops in Latvia, and has the 3rd largest diaspora of Ukrainians after Ukraine and Russia and also contributes what it can to Ukraine. Many Canadians can speak Ukrainian including our Deputy PM

KINO, Like trump's RINO, sounds like a good acronym for Kaliningrad!

Russia is not the super power that we thought they were.
