Yoga To Relief Cough And Cold | Anulom Vilom Pranayama | Yoga Tak



Anulom Vilom Pranayama or alternate nostril breathing exercise is one of the main practices of Pranayama.

The duration of inhalation and expiration depends entirely on the capacity of the practitioner. Start with whatever you are comfortable with: say 4 seconds inhalation and 4 seconds exhalation. Later it can be increased up to 20 seconds or even more.

Pranayama or breathing exercise can be a great exercise to start your day. Early morning is the best time to practice, especially outside where you can find fresh air. It is recommended to do breathing exercises on an empty stomach. It removes toxins from the body.

Mujhe nazla bahut rehta hai …Kehte hai ki anulom vilom se theek ho jaata hai ..Mainu shuru kiya hai …Kya aisa hota hai ki starting me anulom vilom krne se ek baar nazla badta hai phir theek hone lgta hai ..Maine kai baar shuru kiya hai..Jaise hi krti hu ..Jayada tang rehti hu nazle se ..Phir chhod deti hun..Pr ab continue krna chati hu ..Vo hi problem ..2 din se shuru kiya hai to nazla jayada hone lg gya ..Bahut jayada chhenke or running nose…Please reply

Should not use middle finger instead use thumb and ring finger
